    It's already available! The folder with the same name will be created in your account. If the folder contained any subfolders, all files from them will be also uploaded and placed into the root folder.

    I have 551 downloads , I should had at least 800 so where are my download? wasn`t update from 16:00 to 20:00 please admin check what happend.

    As we know, the statistics was ok. So if you have problems, please, PM me the following information and we'll check it.
    - your login
    - the period of time when you had the problem (from what time to what time) and your time zone
    - screenshots where the problem can be seen (the beginning and the end of the period)
    - the page URL, if it can't be seen on the screenshots.

    We're not going to do return to the old scheme.

    I agree. The download speed for free useres is one of the slowest on filehosting scene. It should be at least 100 KB/s to keep standards. I think the TB should buy some new servers and raise the speed.

    For free user? You mean 500 kb/s (kilobits) or 500 KB/s (kilobytes)? I have tried USA/France/Poland ISP and it's around 60 KB/s, like cyberfox said. Cheers.

    When I try to use the Remote Upload option (type of link: Fileserve) I always get this message:

    error [Failed to download the file. Please try enabling Direct Download mode in your Fileserve account settings.]

    As far as I know, there's no such option at Fileserve (enable Direct Download), so what should I do to use this Remote Upload feature.

    The download speed depends on how our servers are loaded at the particular moment. So the speed can be from 60 to 100 Kb/s.
    But I understand what you say, so I'll pass your wishes to the administration of our service.

    I don't understand your problem. Why can't you use our premium account? What's happening when you're trying to?

    Please, open the ticket http://turbobit.net/helpdesk with the examples of the links to files you're trying to upload. We'll check why the remote upload from fileserve doesn't work properly.
