'Downloads' column contains quantity of all file downloads including non-unique ones.
On turbobit.net/user/downloads
'Unique downloads' column contains quantity of file downloads, only unique.
A unique download is a download through one IP. This means that if someone downloads 10 your files through one IP in 24 hours, those downloads will be counted as one download. To have 10 downloads, you need 10 people to download your file.

We only give possibility of storage of files.
The further instructions on file usage, look on a site, from which you took the link.

Hello Turbobit, I facing a problem and i m new in turbobit and recently bought Turbobit premium account. Now the problem is that I am receiving this error:-[Sent you a image too]


" Turbo Access denied."

"Premium access is blocked
Your Premium access to download temporarily blocked.
Reason: Limit reached by the use of premium from different ip addresses
End time of block: 2013-04-09 09:50:46"

For your kind information, i don't share my turbobit Account, i access my account from my home only.

I mainly use Remote URL Upload to upload files to Turbobit from RapidShare, but there is not restrictions specified about Remote URL Upload in the FAQ.
If it has any restrictions then please provide me full details of it.

A new feature to protect the accounts

Dear partners,
Added new feature to protect user accounts from password hacking.

Protection is as follows: after 5 wrong attempts with your username, system will ask you to confirm authorization via email. To your email will be sent message with a link to unlock the limit, and as long as you do not click on it, any attempt to login with your username will not be accepted by the system.

If desired, you can disable this protection, for this go to the "Settings" and uncheck the option "Prevent password hacking". In this case we recommend using strong passwords consisting of at least 10 characters.
