two sites, same adsense code ?

I have just started with Google Adsense. Google had approved one site contents and offered some code for pasting on the pages. Can I use the same code for different sites ? Or should I submit the other site for approval, and get new code for new site ?

    chiplonkar,

Yes you can use it for other websites, however you may want to create a channel and generate new code (or make it different colors to match the other sites better). If you do this you can track your impressions and click throughs for individual websites and the profits they make. See the help section of google adsense for more information...

Thanks for the info. Creating channels is, I suppose, only for tracking the pages or site generating the income. What decides that a page or site is owned by me ? What happens if I lend the code to a friend for putting on his pages and pass on the income to me ?

Here's a little program I wrote for you:

10 never tell anyone about your websites
    20 goto 10

"Lending" your code has to be one of the top reasons people get banned. There is nothing to stop your friend from clicking his own ads, he/she has nothing to lose as the account is not his/hers. Get your friend to get his own account.

I think, I need to make my question more clear. I have some pages with X amount of trafic. My friend (not enemy) has some pages with Y amount of trafic, but he is not in adsense. Then by giving my code to him for pasting in his pages will make my trafic X + Y. How can he put my code in some wrong sites which do not belong to him ? i.e can the trafic be increased with the help of known friends whom you trust ?
