    I signed up for Digg today and I was wondering how many everyday joe surfers would digg a site? Wouldn't most people who digg a page be webmasters? Off topic, how many diggs does it usually take to get on the homepage?

    Most people are just people who are interested in technology stuff, no need to be webmaster. Sure, if your article is about anything related to webmastering, you'll get more digg from webmaster and less from "average joe".
