Underutilized server

    I have a very underutilized dedicated server, used for some personal sites, and am looking at creative ways to monetize the excess & pay the bills. I could get into website hosting but it's a crowded market & hard to get customers against low cost providers like Hostgator. I also want to avoid any arrangements that could get my IPs blacklisted. Any ideas?
