I've been using Photoshop CS for a long while without any problems or issues.
I want to know if there are are any very big differences between Photoshop CS and CS3, which makes it worth upgrading to Photoshop CS3?

There isn't any much difference between CS and CS3, except for changes to the interface and better Dreamweaver/Flash integration.

I know CS3 does load up quicker and features work a lot faster then the slower CS2 ;)
