Uploading Campaigns!?!

    Hey guys i just set up a Yahoo SM account and i want to upload a campaign

    However there is no import campaign tab like there said there should be

    Any ideas why??
    Or how i can fix it

    i have heard that i need to have an upgraded account? which is upgraded by spending money with them? which i cant do because i cant upload my campaigns and im not doing it manually!!

    no wonder Google runs the SE show, seems the others dont have much of a clue
