Urgent: php script for online medical journal

    Dear members,
    I need a free php script which should following purposes:

    1. It should be able to present a medical journal. This journal is published every quarter, and has multiple articles in each release.
    2. Users should be able to submit their stories to the editor for consideration.
    3. If someone wants to read/download stories online, they should be able to pay online (maybe through paypal to start with)

    Examples are:
    http://www.biomedres.org/journal/
    http://www.saudiannals.net/

    It is really urgent. would love early replies.

    You can do this in Joomla with some ext. Use DocMan with Virtue Mart. Get the Paypal virtue mart ext and the download ext for VM and you can do what you require. All free, may take a day or so to set up. Good luck!
