Urgent Small Help Needed

    Hello I am trying to cut out a text from a shape but when i cut the area of the text it shows some edges but i need it to be refined edges.
    As i uploaded a picture there are 3 figures please check the figure 2 you will see there some edges but when you check the 3rd figure there are no edges in it.
    I tried to find some tutorial but i am failed becuase i don't knwo the proper term for it.
    Please check and help me i'll be thankful to you

    Make this in illustrator, not photoshop.Also save as png .

    Girish is right, but if you have to do it in Photoshop Work with paths using pen tool.

    If you dont know how to use the pen tool, make your selection, then on the bottom of the paths palette click "Make work path from selection" then right beside it click "Load path as a selection". then you can cut it out as usual. This will smooth out many rough edges.
