    I have been looking for communication service for my business and i found this one http://www.commprise.com. I am not sure about the quality or their offering. Has anyone have looked into this before? If you have any other options you know are worth the time to check out, please post them here. Thanks!

    I've worked on the software side of call centres and observed the various ways they use their spare capacity to "keep profitable".

    Your questions for any call centre will differ from the next guys because
    • inbound, outbound or both?
    • high volume, low volume, seasonal, business hours or after hours
    • technical response, cold calling, active sales or purely message taking?
    • international calls or targetting a specific geographic market
    So if I wanted support for my software company I'd go to a different call centre than if I wanted support for farmers using my fertiliser products.
    You would be better to ask that company for a list of their current customers (and some they no longer serve) and ask them how they've got on.
