    A lot of the fluent English writers get scared away by the price most people want to pay. It's tough to find them and to find clients who want to pay a decent rate per project anymore.

    It's not possible to PM you a rate knowing absolutely nothing about the work you need done. The only people who will quote you a flat rate for your project sight unseen are incompetent and desperate ESL writers.
