    I don't know about a resource, but I think you can pretty much do that easily.

    You can add your website/blog in your personal info simply by inserting <URL>yourwebaddress</URL>. (Although the rate would be really low)

    Another way is to post blogs with myspace and include a link to your website/other blogs there. Post a bulletin to make sure all your friends read the blog.

    You can also create groups there and invite people to join. So many have done this one though, and most of them are crappy. You're just going to have to stand out the best way you can.
