    I agree. I'm just simply not sold on the link enough to click it. There was not enough of a teaser or sampling of the article to allow me to make an opinion of the links worth. If the article is worth sharing, then it should be shared. 10%, 15% even just a line or two.

    All we got was "I wrote an article about X. Check it out" followed by a link, and then "please stumble it".

    This thread has been covered here, so it's a duplicate, and the link should have been posted in another place... and yes, it falls under the spam guidelines here as it is "Nothing but a link to your own site".
