    I Want to start Automotive Classified website(like carewale,cardekho) Please suggest Vahaninfo.com name is good domain to start or not?
    Also please suggest any other advice if you have ..thanks.

    I would try to select a different domain that conveys what the website is about. If you hadn't stated that domain was going to be about cars, I would have never known.

    I would try to find something a little more clear... I have no idea just by looking at it that it is an automotive classified ad... Perhaps something with auto in it... what about something even like autoclassified.com...

    What does "vahan" mean in your url? Is that a word for "car" in another language? If not, I am not sure why you would think that it is a good url for a car site?

    I did some search and found out that वाहन (vahan) means a vehicle or something to ride upon in Hindi. So, it really makes sense, but not for the English speaking world. I'd say the OP should stick with the domain name if s/he's planning to target the Hindi speaking audiences.

    Yeah Vahana means vehicle, not just cars, any mechanised transport. This word is there in lot other Indian languages too. So it will be a good domain name for an Indian Automotive classifieds site.

    According the other comments, Vahan is an Indian term. I guess it would depend on whether you're targeting a US or an Indian audience. If you're going after US readers, you should pick another name. Otherwise, it's fine.
