    Updated to beta 3, which fixes the one annoying outstanding bug (that I knew about) when you send a PM with a return receipt requested.

    Also, the inline-editing has changed (instead of a double click on the post, you simply click on the edit button), so it's a bit more intuitive, and also gives you a quick delete option.

    Might need to flush your cache or hit CONTROL+F5 (works in IE) to load the new JavaScript files.

    On a side note, I got 1 of my 2 hook location requests added, so now a vBulletin update for me consists of adding one line of PHP code to one file. Nice! :)

    Might be another bug, but I've noticed that I can only edit certain posts of mine. The edit button seems to only show up for some threads and not for others. Any reason why?

    You can only edit recent posts. After a certain amount of time, you can't edit them any longer.

    DP - any idea what to put into the config file where it asks for

    // ****** TABLE PREFIX ******
    // Prefix that your vBulletin tables have in the database.
    $config['Database']['tableprefix'] = '';

    You don't have to put anything.

    Okay... I just have to say that vBulletin 3.5 kicks ASS! :)

    Just updated to RC3, and all my plug-in hook location requests to vBulletin were implemented. What does that mean? It means I don't have to touch a single PHP file for anything during an upgrade and I don't loose anything (template changes, custom code, etc.) This forum is now using a total of 30 custom plug-ins for the little things it does that vBulletin doesn't do by default (for example the revenue sharing thing, the "what I'm listening to" thing and lots of little things that most people don't notice).

    Hehe, I noticed the "Upgrading to vBulletin 3.5 RC3 (should take about 60 seconds)." earlier today :D

    I'm just now setting up my first vBulletin (used phpBB & SMF previously), and I have to agree it (and especially the 3.5 hook API) rocks! I'm migrating a forum of mine from phpBB2 to vB and looking to integrate the user database and logins with Drupal; it should be one killer of a dynamic duo if I can get it all up and running :cool:

    Hi Shawn

    I just tried to unsubscribe from a couple of threads. One using the email notification, one using the page. Both resulted in 404 errors.

    Odd... the subscription.php file disappeared for some reason. Anyway, I restored it.

    Damn, I just upgraded to RC2 yesterday :rolleyes:

    I love the new mod features though - makes things soooooo much faster.

    I'm having issues getting the Ajax stuff to work 100% though - Is there a switch in the backend or something? I looked but didn't find anything.

    No... not that I know of. Have you tried a default template and flushing your cache (to make sure you are using the latest JavaScript files)?

    Ah that sorted it...

    The site uses a default template anyway - Clearing the cache worked just fine and dandy - cheers for that.
