Victorkaram user scammed me $300 for SEO , please help me to get back my money

Admins and Users , please help me to get back my money from this scam person .

this user victorkarm scammed me $300 . 4 month ago i hired 2 seo freelancer in this topic to do seo for competitive kys for me come up in 2 month to top10 , unfortunately no one can come up in the time frame , one of them refunded my money but the other one Victorkaram dosent pay back my money ..he got $300 to come up my keys in 2 month but he got the money and did not work , after 2 month i told him why the keys did not come up , he told me give me time and i gave him another month but still did not do anything , and now is 4 month he dosent pay back my money , and i paid $300 for nothing ...please help me to get back my money from him due to money was not my own and i must pay it to the owner .i have the url of his site and email tell me if its ok to put it here .

 

Has he made any effort to increase your page rankings? You might be going for too competitive keywords and so will struggle to get results. Have you dealt with victorkarm before posting this? I really would advise you learn from this and never pay 100% upfront with big projects like this. He seems to be a reputable guy judging by his iTrader. Do you have proof of payment? For example a PayPal transaction. It may make your claim more credible along with any PM's sent and received that are related to this case.

i wrote my rules in this topic 4 month ago and refunding money without getting result is one of my rules , and he submitted itrader for this topic for me after i paid upfront and i paid him uprfont because i thought he is responsible guy due to his itrades but he is scam guy , i have all proof , but due to i looked for trusted guy a make topic 4 month ago for this time if they cant come up my kys pay back my money , one of them paid back me but this guy dont ... i contacted him but he told me do not pay me , what should i do ? i think its better some admins here contact him ... i also lost the time and competition also not only money .

 

Expecting someone to get you into the top 10 for "competitive kys" in less than 60 days and for only $300.00, and if they can't do it expecting a full refund, is honestly one of the silliest things I have ever heard. What if he has put a lot of effort into your website, but like most competitive sectors 60 days is nowhere near enough time to crack the first page, he should give you a full refund?

I do not know whether he did any work for you or not, but I am just letting you know, this is the silliest way I have ever heard to try and buy SEO services. Any company that is going to charge you a fixed rate for a guaranteed first page ranking for any keyword, and on top of that guarantee it in a crazy small amount of time such as 60 days, should be throwing off all kind of red flags in your head.

Anyone who operates a legitimate service for search engine optimization or link building will not make any claims that guarantee a ranking, in a guaranteed amount of time, for a fixed amount of money -- because you can't guarantee anything like that, there could already be 20 people who have spent years working on the SEO of their businesses and even getting onto the 2nd page could take more than 2 months.

Most people charge you based on the work they complete, and the services they provide, which will over time increase the rankings of your website, but when people start giving you guarantees of first page results in less than 60 months, you bull-shit-o-meter should be over flowing.

Are you claiming he didn't do any work at all, or was it just not enough to get you to the ranking you wanted? If he did claim to do work, what kind of work did he provide to you for the $300.00 he charged you?

the problem is he did not work on project that kys get rank , no Search Engine Submissions , Directory Submissions , Article Submissions ,Press Release,Social Bookmarking,Blog Postings, Blog comments or any other things .
please read the topic i sent above , it was not only 60 days and i paid him $300 as upfront , i gave him other 2 month time to come up my kys but he dont work at all , totally he had 120 days time , just look at the day of the topic i sent in previous post its from Apr 2nd 2011 , my kys was at top 30 and still is at top30 however i hired other seo freelancer previous month to do it for me when i found he just got the money and did not work and my ranking will start go up , he did not send me even seo report and i just trust because of hi itrader ... i think these days people buy user names with more itrader and scam people like this , DP admins should make a solution for this ... i dont lose only money i lose time and competition also .

No. This has nothing to do with admin or anyone but you and the person you made the deal with.

Don't make that mistake again. Do a work for performance deal where payment comes after milestones are met.

If something seems to good to be true then it usually is.I agree with w3bmaster that hiring a freelance SEO to do work like this for only $300 seems to be too good to be true.Are you sure this guy was a real SEO or merely pretending to be one? Did you see his qualifications? I mean if I put Dr.Diva as my name,am I really a doctor? And time frame is odd too,SEO's need time to do their work.If he says he can do it so fast then I would question.

 

Yes 2 months time period is very small time only magician can do this............normally it will take 3 to 6 months its depends upon domain age, content, keyword competition etc...

 

it had 4 month time and he told me he can do it in 2 month time frame but the problem is not this ..the problem is he did not work at all on project that the kys get rank , in whole this 4 month he had time my kys did not rank even 10 place from top30, he did not sent me even seo report and just told me wait i work on it ... some users because of good amount of itrader scam people and you cant find the real seo freelancer or trusty person here because of this i loss both money and time ...but i dont let him to scam other people like this in future at least in this forum until he pay me back my money

 

D00d, I looked at his itrader and he has several bad trades scattered all over it.

If you were willing to give $300 to the guy then you, kind of, asked that he steal your money.
