Victorkaram user scammed me $300 for SEO , please help me to get back my money

I don't think admins can help you in this case as they do not hold any responsibility for the deals made. Have you asked him for any reports of work that he has done on your website so far. If he has done some genuine work, there is a possibility that you can see results in sometime.

 

i asked him several times for seo report but he sent 1 time in four month ago and that was just few non value links and nothing else , but due to i work with several seo freelancers he must provide at least monthly seo report include directory,social,article and extra submissions

 

not only do employees get scammed by employers but employers get scammed too. I have a friend who got scammed by an employer. After working for a month, her employer didn't pay her. This shows that there are people out there who are evil and cruel.

 

That's really sad. Yes, he should provide you with monthly report and even the performance reports for backlink and ranking. Let's just hope he is also reading these forum threads and responds to you.

 

yes you are right , unfortunately he did not sent me any report even monthly report... maybe if one of admins here send him email or private message to pay back my money , he pay me back , i think admins here must do this because i bought her service here ... i hope admins help me

 

I was scammed and after i make a resport and i got all my scammed money back, so i am advicing you to contact the INTERPOL POLICE AT , interpol-europe@europe.com , to have your money back.

 

The admins won't get involved in member disputes. All they will do is advise you (like others have) to pay via an escrow service in future. Upfront payments are a bad idea and after 45 days you can't dispute a payment through Paypal either. Just put it down to experience and move on. There's nothing more you can do.

Admins do not have any obligation to help you, they have nothing to do with the transaction.

That is like you trying to go on a date with a girl you meet in the casual section on craigslist, but she doesn't show up, and then you expect the admins of craigslist to help you out and contact her on why you blew her off.... why you can not grasp that I do not know....

Why are you insisting on that? You have posted this multiple times.

 

If you want some good business practices for your next venture & deal with someone, I would advise the following.

1. Get everything in writing and in agreement, I don't care if it's 20 dollars, do you like losing money? Didn't think so.
2. Have a clause in that contract that states if he does not meet what the term was, what the consequences are, for example - small claims court.
3. Do your homework on a person, do some research, i-trader is a good place but like another person said, bad feedback was scattered on it.
4. If you want something more guaranteed, you should try a website such as freelance.com or elance.com. More reputable people.
5. Always pay via paypal, google checkout, or credit card. Something that has a record of your purchase transaction.
6. Make sure you know who you are dealing with, many people will say they are in one country and really be in another.

If you follow these steps and guidelines next time, you'll be as safe as you can be. Sorry about your loss.

yea it's spam bot... $300 is too low for competitive keyword, i think you wont get your money back if he didn't do so already, i guess lesson learned for u =\

and i will advice u to quite from being a middle men in seo business or any kind of business that is not 100% a guarantee
