Voting CMS - Which One?

    I recently discovered Pligg. I am looking for a social voting CMS that is much like digg. It would need to create SEF urls and do well with the SE's.

    I am also familiar with Joomla and older versions or Drupal and Wordpress. Do any of these CMS's offer a voting module or plugin that would do better than a Pligg site.

    Any thoughts or comments on solutions!

    Check out Drupal, it has gotten much much better over the past months. There is an entire section in the modules area devoted to evaluation/rating mods, and some of them are fantastic.
