    Hi,

Our coders/freelancers completely built a site without any CMS and now we are at a stage where we are stuck to make any changes .
Our site is leaving beta for final launch but before this want to install some cms.
We are in such a state that all pages are individual pages no 'includes' folder also

What is the best solution .. can we install joomla , drupal cms etc to our existing php site.
we use php with mysql and are on a dedicated unix/linux server.

    Regards
    Rajiv

Ouch ok. I would not reccommend my system for a site as large as yours, i'd recode it into joomla.

You'd have to have someone recode your design into a theme, and then rebuild your pages.

No, you cant just add a CMS, the theme has to be coded for a CMS first.

It can't be done. You just can't take a site and make it Joomla, or Wordpress or anything else. It has to be rebuilt to function on the platform.
You can add a CMS as a folder, but it's not as easy as just changing a few lines of code to make the whole site function on a CMS software.

well I am not sure a custom automatized CMS can re-code a site without making any damage to it. It's obvious such a copy will have to be fixed.

Very true. I would just code a Theme for a CMS to fit their design.
