What one should do if he want to expand his business in foreign country or in other state of same country without its physical presence.

 

Well, outsourcing your business project is what you could easily do. In other words, you'll need some trustworthy freelancers to do the job for you. If you give yourself enough time to meet them and realize whether they would conduct business properly, it should be enough.

As another option, you could go to that foreign country for a couple of months until you start up the business and then return home.
