    This is getting suspicious hehehehe... why middle east only?
    Having the possibility to work worldwide you shouldn't narrow your target to middle east only.
    You can try doing a company search at glassdor by country, you can then offer your services to the relevant companies.
    Same thing with LinkedIn.
