Wanted review for my site

Hi i'm very new to this scene, I just signed up to adsense yesterday.

    http://www.timbymotions.com/pure/

How have I gone with my ads? I only have the one on the navigation, but on the forums (soon there will be 100+ users on those forums once we migrate the people) I have text ads up the top, and image ads down the bottom.

This is a very targeted site for people of this "alliance" so I don't expect too many new visitors, but I expect repeat offenders.

I have made $3.55 in a day and half, so I am pretty happy so far.

    Any tips/advice? Thanks in advance!

It won't let me edit my post (says i'm not allowed to post URLs when I do) But I forgot to mention on my first half day (time zones are odd) I recieved 200 impressions, and so far today I have recieved 636 impressions...so I think I am doing ok? I still havn't got the hang of all this yet!

Here is a real working link

    http://www.timbymotions.com/pure/

    My reccomendations are
    • Change the colour of some of this site, all balck is a little much
    • Get rid of the counter and get a real counter with no links (looks unproffesions
    • Add some AdSense to the bottom of the site
    • sort out your title tage
Hope that helps and I even clicked an advert for you ;)

first of all , you are welcome to dp forums. as i see this sis your first post;)

i think you must use text ads . your ads looks like ads . visitors can understand that this is an ads. they will not click .

and if you use ligth colours you will get better results

Thank's a lot for the info guys! I am adding a footer to all of my pages now so I can add some more advertising at the bottom. Will take me a little while but it will be much better once i'm done. Thanks again guys and keep the advice coming!

A few of your suggestions added now, I am not sure about changing the colour scheme yet, i'll have a think about it after I have had some sleep lol.

Anyone of you lads know how often adsense updates your clicks ? I have noticed they don't update right away.
