War crimes caught on video yet nothing is done - The world we live in?

    The words of desmond tutu:

    So who is he talking about? Syria? Libya?

    He is referring to the atrocities committed in Sri Lanka - a country with no oil, no nuclear weapons and seemingly one where the international community seems to look past when 40,000 civilians are systematically murdered.
