WebHost Manager help needed

I've recently switched from a shared hosting package to a reseller hosting package.

I'm trying to come to terms with WebHost Manager but I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing.

I need to change all my current addon domains from the main package and create new accounts for each domain. I've tried this with the first one and I seemed to have failed miserably. Has anyone used this before and could explain how to do it for me?

demodemo.com has some flash tutorials that may help you.

Create a hosting packag similar to the one you were given in the shared account then assign each domain to an account - from your note it appears you want to get away addon domains

The shared account restricted me to a limited number of addon domains where the reseller allows me to host unlimited number of accounts. I also get all the stats for each individual site. The only downside is that I can't change several sites from the 1 login but that's not really a bad thing as it's more secure now!

I'll have a look at that site.

I created a new package and for 1 of the addon domains and I then created a new account to put that domain on the new package. When I went to remove the addon domain from the old package I got a 'server cannot be found' error.

Ok, that site charges for the tutorials. It actually charges more than my hosting would cost for 2 and a half years. lol.

If anyone wants a free tutorial on any cpanel/ webhost manager go to http://www.allabouthosting.co.uk/faq.shtml

Actually demodemo "sell" the flash tutorials to other hosting companies but you can view them at their site. The tutorials at allabouthosting were created by demodemo - not sure about your error however.

Really? Well you've put me in my place there. :)

I've logged in to my domain name control panel and refreshed the nameservers. So I'm waiting to see if that makes a difference.
