Hello guys,

anyone knows any web software to help me automate the web hosting service such as live person chat, to billing to automate the ordering process?

I use both WHMCS and AWBS. I like the interface of WHMCS, but I personally feel that AWBS is more powerful and has more features. both will automate your hosting from signup to payment to account setup.

 

how about ipanel? anyone uses them?

omi, may i know if awbs script is a all in one service i.e. I dont need to buy any other layout to go with the service?

 

Each has trial demos you can install and see which one works for you. it depends on how experienced you are in the hosting industry. I like both, but each one is very different. I suggest installing the demos and visiting the forums for each app. That will give you an idea of what you will be most comfortable with.

In my opinion, I like to own the license. Both have the option to have the 'powered by' removed.

Thank you! 8bucksamonth.com uses AWBS. It's nive to wake up and find new orders that are paid for and set up already for me, plus it gives the client peace of mind since they don't have to wait a long time for their account to be set up.
