    I would like to know what would be the average selling price for a little link directory ( 75 website in 45 categories ).

    PageRank : 4
    Indexation : 90 pages in google.com
    visitors : 450 / month
    visits : 1300 / month
    pages seen : 15000 / month
    no revenue ( no ads yet )

    If you put adsense on there and measure the revenue you can easily figure out the value of the site (monthly revenue times 12 is a good starting point).

    I would be willing to buy a niche directory with traffic from a sustainable source.

    Your stats suggest 10 page views per visit which seems pretty high for a directory.

    there are a lot of appraisal services. You can usually pay $20 or so to get a site and your domain name appraised.
