    I have written an article on Tracking Phone Leads from your Website.

    In summary -
    Have the phone number partially hidden and have visitors click on it to view the full number, then track the click as a goal in Google Analytics. Then you can track which of your advertising is bringing phone leads and which isn't.

    For any offline small business owners out there, this can easily save you from wasting advertising $$$ or help you to find what advertising to focus on.
