    We manually approve and setup all orders but mostly it should take 24h to setup... If we are really busy it might take 48h but that didnt happen till now.

    Its comming from expired domains, Contextual ads and from mispelled keyword from Search engines like google.

    Mostly its from adsense (then depends on what kind niche it is) we do have targeted traffic for that then.
    We dont really get "MUCH" clicks from them but we get some. Mostly its from expired domains.

    No it isnt but I can arrange targeted traffic. PM me for prices. (how long will they stay? cant really say we dont have any timer because this is redirected traffic from expired domains so it depends on the visitor).
