    I'd drop that font down in size and make the Adsense font color grey to match your site style. Just work on blending that ad in. Could also add a link unit under your left-column navigation. Either put it above, if your primary goal is to make some money with AdSense. Or, below if usibility is more important than AdSense revenue.

    Another thing that you could do is drop a long horizontal ad unit in below your header images. Just widen them out so they are even with the 4 AdSense columns.
