    well I am not an expert but...
    the site looks good to me

    nice placement and blending

    I think a large rectangle or a banner size add in beetween the content would give you a good CTR
    IMO

    Looking good! I'm not an expert either, but the site is pleasant on the eyes, and more professional looking than many I've seen. I agree with the comment about the banner / adsense between content. Also, you MIGHT want to consider blending the adsense ads better, now they kinda stand out a bit, I think.

    Good job, though.
