Weird copy of my site

I discovered this while browsing through my google analytics data for Forumbulge.com

    http://reviewmysite.org

This site is using my design and most of my text, its basically a copy of my site with some things removed.

They even have an order page with their own paypal links there.

What is this and what can I do about it?

    edit:
    Upon further investigation:
    - The domain is registered to some low life scum in india.
    - I have emailed the domain owner ordering them to remove the site and saying I've reported him for using a .org
    - I reported the site to google
    - I looked at the site's cache and it seems they had an adsense spam site 2 days ago.

I'm still confused at what this is though, as the content has been changed to remove any reference to ForumBulge so I would say its been done by hand, not automated.

I've never seen anything like it before.
    Any ideas?

    No ideas anyone?

I would say there is very little you can do, other than the steps you have taken already. I doubt you will ever hear back from the guy. Just take it that imitation is the best form of flattery.

But i guess you can use copyscape's services [may be they can help if your site is older than the copyones/copycat's]

    Regards.

You could try reporting the site to Google etc. After all, if they have no traffic it makes no difference if they stole your stuff as they will receive no benefit.

If they are using PayPal, you could contact PayPal and try to get them to stop their account.

well, he replied to my email.
Yes, I'm sure he didn't know he was copying when the site was so obviously a complete mirror of mine!

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Either way he was nice enough to fix the problem.

Well, I think he knew he was copying, just didn't know anything about copyright law - supposedly.
