Well optimized ads but still a low CTR. Help?

Hi. I'm having a dilemma with one of my sites, http://tibiahelp.com

Ads:
Link ads - left side. Very low on clicks.
Middle ads, main column at top. 75% of all clicks
Download description, open up Downloads > Category > File and see description. Rarely get any clicks here.

There are 2 options:
* My traffic is ads blind - although they are just regular "gamers", they shouldn't be that blind to ads
* Not the best placement/colors/etc

I get approximately 500-800 uniques per day on that site, according to Adsense it's around 1500-3000 impressions daily.
Average clicks per day is 4-5.
It doesn't seem right to me. I've done all I possible can to place them good.

Another question. The ads I'm keeping in the download categories (f.e http://tibiahelp.com/download_10_Web-Related.html), are they against the ToS?

 

check for ads which will make payment for page impression.

 

You should consider putting that 75% of clicks earner on EVERY page to maximize clicks. I did this and it improved my click count drastically.

 

500-800 unique per day?
how they can reach your web? is it through searching or direct?
reaching it from google is high value
