    With www.microsoftzune.com, I've noticed a big increase in traffic yet no clicks. What am I doing wrong?

    I''d say throw more content on there first, and then place your adsense so it has something to base it's keywords on.

    As alexdale suggests, add meta keywords as you don't have any keyword tag on the page at the moment.
