    Just read this article about a new brand of softwares called ATS systems. HR people use it for candidate screening oftentimes... thought it was interesting. Any experiences or thoughts on the ups and downs of using these platforms instead of the old-fashioned manual CV screening?

    A lot depends on the type of people you are hiring.

    Retail staff on minimum wage - whatever is easiest
    CEOs who earn mega bucks and whose reputations can make or break a business - choose the systems that will give you the best screening including facial recognition that will point you towards problematic photos and videos.
