    Vegetable are full of vitamins and minerals that your body needs to keep your healthy and running smoothly. I think of it as filling my tank of with premium oil (vegetables) to make my car run better, rather than crappy cheap gas (junk food.) Even though the junk food is cheaper and tastier, you will notice a difference in how your body functions if you substitute vegetables for fried food.
