I've had an account there since 2002 and I'm happy.

Did something go wrong that's making you think about leaving? Or are you just debating whether or not you want to switch to a 1 or 2-year prepayment plan to save money?

i get an account from them before some days but i can't work with their custom made control panel .... i prefer the classic cpanel so i make a new account to hostgator. I had to say that i had to wait 3 days for a problem with an sql database.... but... it's very very cheap .. so for small sites is a perfect solution .

I've been with them for about a month now, and they have been great for me. The custom panel is alright, but it seems to be messed up a lot. Seems to be a lot of bang for the buck.

Has anyone else had problems sending emails through the dreamhost server? I have a client who has AOL mail, and aol keeps denying me saying dreamhost is sending too much spam.

AOL is being stupid. Dreamhost changed the email and somehow its being picked up as spam. if you go to dreamhost and read thier blog they talk about it.

but let me know if you find anything out about them.

i really like them but lately their db has been slow and then the email problem
