"E-Myth"s are worth looking into as well. E.g., 'The E-Myth Revisited..' doesn't include big secrets bet helps to understand what you do and why .

Covey’s 7 Habits is easily one of my favourites, too. His central idea - that public victory (outer success) follows private victory (character development) - is an absolutely timeless piece of wisdom. This is one of my favourite quotes from the book:

“How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and, keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most.”

I also love his advice on visualisation from the chapter 'Begin with the End in Mind' (Habit 2):

“You can do it in every area of your life. Before a performance, a sales presentation, a difficult confrontation, or the daily challenge of meeting a goal, see it clearly, vividly, relentlessly, over and over again. Create an internal ’comfort zone’. Then, when you get into the situation, it isn’t foreign, it doesn’t scare you.”

I just finished "How to Get Lots of Money for Anything Fast" by Stuart Lichtman and Joe Vitale and "Your Infinite Power to be Rich" by Joseph Murphy. Both place extreme emphasis on the mind and how to be successful in business using your mind.
