Good Qualities -

1. Confident
2. Loyal
3. Being Human

Bad qualities -

1. Selfish
2. Back biting
3. Jealous

 

Yeah, all we have some good & bad quality. For me

Good:
*Active listener
*Always eager to learn new thing
*Coach-able

Bad:
* Some time it`s difficult to explain to other orally. But can show effective result via work
*Don`t ask too much question. Always try to solve by myself first. which is time consuming
*First priority client satisfaction... For that i face many personal problem so far

Note: We can`t explain us only those 3 good or bad quality. But it`s give an idea about our-self

BAD
1. Emotional
2. Hard-hearted
3. Short-tempered

Don't know who posted it up there but being selfish isn't a bad quality when it comes to running a business. You can't really make money if you aren't selfish. At least initially.

3. Quite independent which leads to spending valuable time in searching for the answer. I don't search help from others.

I completely disagree: All of the best Entrepreneurs are vey generous. In fact many of them make a load of money just to give it away and/or help important causes.

 

Other than procrastinating sometimes I honestly cant think of any "bad" qualities. However I spent many years working on myself.
