I seem to get more consistent traffic from Stumble.

They are both worth pursuing, I've found I get more incoming links from Digg though...

It really depends on alot of things but digg is great for getting u indexed in search engines and you can get alot of traffic coming in directly from Google.

I get alot of hits from Digg so I would have to say Digg over Stumble but I highly suggest using both and maximizing traffic by adding friends and building your network.
