    I'm wondering, and i am sure some members would have experience with this, what some of you have done or planning to do for getting better conversion rates for your sites offering products/services for sale?

    Did a layout/design change had a big enough impact?
    And if so please explain why you think the improvement occured? What part of the design appealed more to your customers?

    What did you improve with your check out process to increase conversion rates?

    Anything what you have done that basically have made a positive impact for your sales/conversion rates.
