What cms do you reccomend?

I am Going to be releasing a new site soon. Due to issues i don't know if i want to keep my current joomla website or make a new site in a different cms. This is a list of Cms's i have access to, which do you think is the best.[List at end]

The website i am trying to create is a collection of text files with forum integration (possibly smf) and user management. The users should be able to submit text files but only in a plain text editor. Hopefully there should be a link manager and the ability to have the users have default submitting rights. I know its a lot to ask but what do you think would best fit this criteria?

I would vote for Joomla; I am using it for two of my sites and its SEO friendly by using components;

 

joomla has all of the properities that you mention . you can joomla for that purpose

Well it seems that i will be keeping my joomla website, the other question in have is what components mods or mambots would you recommend to pull this type of website off? I have been doing some tests myself but its always good to get a recommendation. The main thing i could not yet find was the plain text editor.

I have worked on Typo3 a bit but no comments...

 

I personally use Joomla cuz of it's user friendliness and extensive options and support from it's worldwide dev community. I totally recommend you stay with it as it gets better and more secure all the time.
