    The fact that it's a SwishMax template may add a great deal of complexity when using it with a CMS. Dare I say that template would be just as effective (and more accessible) if it were done in HTML? :)

    The TemplateMonster site does state that there's a "full non-flash version... also included"... but as for incorporating into a CMS you could try Joomla or Mambo... you might well have to do some modificationss to both the CMS & the template design to get them to work well together :)
