    i can't tell you exactly but the do have a feedback link. just ask them. say hey your site looks very nice it was designed very well. if you don't mind me asking what cms are you using. either they will tell you or they wont.

    its not drupal. Its custom CMS application butwhoever has built it has built a killer application which is needed by almost every publisher. an integrated CMS with forum with in built social community , photo gallery structure.
