    i guess its not plain html...if you entered inside the site clicking either of language i.e English / Hindi. anyways i m preety sure about lkadvani that it is built using Joomla

    They are spending good money on adwords for these sites. Nice promotions for upcoming elections. Obama said Internet helped him a a lot and now Advani is following the same route.

    Btw the CMS used is Joomla. The website is made by Tetra Solutions who are exprts in providing open source solutions.
