    Why you made it so difficult to get the url?
    Its hard to say, what cms it is, maybe you should ask from them? You can use any CMS to get same result and when it comes to design, then I would charge 0 $, because its ugly.

    I posted this link bc this company resells the websites as sports websites. I want to know how much it costs for that CMS to be made.
