I second TYPO3... the templating system takes a little study but your sites will look less CMSish.

Since I'm not allowed to post links yet run a Google search for "Typo3 and Drupal. Developer notes". There's a good article comparing Drupal and TYPO3.

... What do you think are the advantages/disadvatages using DNN? What modules do you recommend and which are the useless ones?

I'm using DNN for three sites.
    building construction
    manufacturing engineering and (under construction)
    building projects

I find it quite easy to handle, but pages load slower then with html (more quantity?). The skins are aesthetically pleasant and the bugs were within limit.

I completely agree, Drupal is definitely the best especially when it comes to SEO! There are several modules to help with the SEO/SEM of your site, allowing you basically full control of URLs, title tags, keywords and descriptions per page, and much more.

I'm building my site on Drupal as a test, to see how the SEO modules work and how the theming systems works. So far I love it, you can check it out at: focalenergy.com

What content management software would create html type pages and allow for seo-friendly urls i.e.:

    www.domain.com/keyword1/keyword2/keyword3.html ?

I'm still wondering whether it is better to have html-type pages or endings like .php .asp .aspx and the like .

Good thread. We was looking at http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/ for a simple project also. Other decent options with lots of support/users would be Xoops and Joomla.
