    I just found a site although most pages are still under construction but I like the design, navigation and its current features, but cant find what is the CMS used, the site is www.philjobspot.com?

    Any idea what CMS was used. Can I make use of Drupal to create a similar job board?

    This is not a cms . If you want to start a jobboard then you need to take a look in other scripts not at cms . The cms are not suitable for job boards
