What CMS would be best?

Hi I run an anime site http://animeomnitude.com
I give site access to other people to help me update the site which is often troublesome and can lead to mishaps seeing as many of them do not funny understand web language. I want to use a CMS that would allow them to create articles via a panel which would then have links of artcles {php included} I would also like something that would help me make adding web downloads for members easier and at the same time be intergrated with IPB.
I know a cms would probably not have all these features but what can come closest. Btw I won't use Joomla because it is a bit >_>

Have you seen Modx? If you're good or have access to someone with Ajax skills it can built into a powerful CMS.

I believe Drupal would be a good fit for that. I've used it before and it's fairly solid.

After trying a lot of systems, Drupal is my chosen one. You may get more features with Joomla, and easier Installation with Wordpress (Drupal 5.0 will fix it), but Drupal has the best architecture, and will carry you the longest way forward.

The following diagram (flexibility vs. development time of various web development tools) captures it all: webschuur.com/node/679.
