What could a "anonym.to" window be?

I mean I entered a website and then a little window popped up in the bottom right of my screen, displaying some kind of a language...using the "script" word. So could that be a virus or something?

    Thanks for sharing.

It's a script to link to other sites anonymously so you don't appear in the target site's server logs... http://anonym.to/en.html

Just be wary of where the link ends up :)

If you're wary then maybe strip out the outbound link and investigate it (e.g by searching the URL on Google first) before clicking.

I don't know of any reason not to show up in the server logs of the target site, maybe other DP'ers could shed some light on the matter?

    Thanks for the info.

Indeed, it would be much appreciated if someone could explain why that little window popped up when I entered that website.

    Thanks in advance.

Surely the webmaster / owner of that site you visited added that pop up window to it. Simply ignore it, close it and continue browsing ;)

anonym.to itself is nothing to worry about, it's just a harmless redirect site to mask where traffic is coming from. I wouldn't be too worried about this.
