ohh, loads pretty long for me... I've written this phrase while it was loading

Now seriously:
First thing I saw is logo... or no logo at all, this would be more correct to say.
I'm sure you will create nice one soon, because I don't now how to call the thing there is in header now.
Colors are nice, but I find current gray colors were there by default... maybe I'm not right.
Orange-gray color scheme is fine, especially if you'll add a fresh and light "web 2.0" logo...
But, please, no RSS icons and headphones in it...

In general, site is nice, and idea is nice as an amateur musician, I like it.
But this is just another music-related social community, so it's gonna be hard to become popular.

dude, the edges of your logo are way to sharp...
when using text anti-alias the font, and try to get away from making sharp objects with alot of jaggered edges

 

First thing i noticed too. Also, everything is very plain and 'standard'. try to add some interest. Minimalistic design isn't synonymous for plain design.

 

using the most simplest tools in photoshop such as the pen tool can be the thing that makes or breaks your logo.
experiment, dont just make 1 or 2 ersions of simlar design. come up with a constraint and work with it.
use your content on your site also to help you, considering a whole new theme or solour scheme can also vibe up your site.
